Per aconseguir un recompte fiable, els alumnes han fet un\u00a0banc de dilucions seriades. Aquest procediment permet reduir la concentraci\u00f3 de la mostra original de manera esglaonada per obtenir plaques amb un nombre de col\u00f2nies comptable.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment, s&#8217;ha realitzat la sembra en plaques de Petri utilitzant un medi de cultiu adequat. Despr\u00e9s del per\u00edode d&#8217;incubaci\u00f3, els resultats han estat molt visuals i clars.
