Coca de recapte!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La coca de recapte \u00e9s una recepta t\u00edpica de casa nostra. Aprofitant que aquests dies tenim temps, ens podem animar a fer-la! Segur que queda bon\u00edssima!<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed us deixem la recepta:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Coca de recapte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 4 persones<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>2 cebes mitjanes i 2-3 grans d\u2019all.<\/li>\n<li>1 pebrot verd, 1 pebrot vermell, 1 carbass\u00f3, 1auberg\u00ednia, xampinyons, etc. segons disponibilitat.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd kg de tom\u00e0quets<\/li>\n<li>8 salsitxes de porc o pollastre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Procediment<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Rentem totes les verdures. Posem al foc una cassola ampla i un p\u00e8l fonda amb oli.<\/li>\n<li>Pelem les cebes i els alls i els tallem a tires.\u00a0 Els aboquem a la cassola i les sofregim 5 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>En un pot a part escalfem aigua i despr\u00e9s hi aboquem els tom\u00e0quets per escaldar-los. Els retirem i pelem. Els posem en una gerra estreta, afegim sal i una cullerada de sucre i ho passem per la batedora. Reservem.<\/li>\n<li>Anem afegint la resta de verdures trossejades a la cassola remenant de tant en tant i vigilant que no es quedi sense l\u00edquid. Afegim una fulla de llorer i un raig de vi ranci. Podem tapar, per\u00f2 deixant que respiri.<\/li>\n<li>Quan les verdures comencin a agafar color, aboquem el suc de tom\u00e0quet i remenem. Afegim julivert trinxat, pebre, orenga i condiments al gust. Rectifiquem de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Mentrestant, escalfem per sota el forn a uns 200\u00ba. Despleguem la pasta brisa o de full sobre paper de cuinar en una safata preparada per anar al forn.<\/li>\n<li>Repartim la samfaina de verdures ja cuinada sobre la pasta i afegim a sobre les salsitxes trossejades i un bon raig d\u2019oli. Alternativament hi podem posar carn picada, aletes de pollastre, arengades, anxoves, etc. Deixem uns 15-20 minuts per cuinar la carn o 5-10 minuts si es tracta de peix. Podem posar el gratinador els darrers minuts per enrossir per sobre la coca.<\/li>\n<li>Ho tallem en porcions i bon profit!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
