{"id":3098,"date":"2024-07-12T14:36:39","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:36:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutraspall\/?page_id=3098"},"modified":"2024-07-25T11:22:42","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T09:22:42","slug":"convivencia-i-cohesio-social-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutraspall\/documents-dinstitut\/projectes-de-centre-2\/convivencia-i-cohesio-social-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Conviv\u00e8ncia i cohesi\u00f3 social: Conviure al Raspall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9s voluntat del nostre centre formar l\u2019alumnat en el conjunt de valors, actituds i normes que s\u00f3n caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019una societat plural i democr\u00e0tica: el respecte als altres, a l\u2019entorn, als b\u00e9ns, la toler\u00e0ncia, la llibertat, la responsabilitat i el di\u00e0leg.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no podem obviar el fet que les relacions personals comporten friccions i conflictes que, en un centre com el nostre, on es relaciona tanta gent i de tantes maneres de fer i de pensar, fa necessari organitzar molt acuradament les relacions entre les persones, per tal d\u2019aconseguir els objectius educatius del centre.<\/p>\n<p>La conviv\u00e8ncia en el centre \u00e9s un tasca tranversal de tota la comunitat educativa. \u00c9s en el pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, amb una estructura clara, on es concreten un seguit d\u2019activitats de \u00a0cohesi\u00f3, descoberta, educaci\u00f3 emocional, empatia o habilitats socials; aix\u00ed com unes activitats espec\u00edfiques per\u00a0 sensibilitzar als alumnes quant a assetjament i discriminaci\u00f3 de qualsevol tipus i prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la responsabilitat que tenim en els conflictes i que no fer res et fa c\u00f2mplice. \u00a0Fer-los corresponsables en l\u2019a\u00efllament d\u2019aquestes situacions no desitjades.<\/p>\n<p>Al Raspall hi ha un seguit d\u2019iniciatives tant del Pla d\u2019Entorn com pr\u00f2pies, enfocades a millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia al centre i a la poblaci\u00f3 que conflueixen en el programa Conviure al Raspall.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #5985b5;\"><strong>#aquiproubulling.<\/strong> <\/span>El programa posa a l\u2019abast dels centres formaci\u00f3, estrat\u00e8gies i recursos necessaris per elaborar un projecte de prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 davant l\u2019assetjament amb la participaci\u00f3 de tota la comunitat escolar, especialment de l\u2019alumnat qui actuar\u00e0 com observador i agent actiu i comprom\u00e8s en la lluita contra l\u2019assetjament alhora que adquireix les actituds i els valors propis de la compet\u00e8ncia social i ciutadana. Al nostra institut es treballa a les tutories.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #5985b5;\"><strong>Mediaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/span> Es tracta d&#8217;un sistema de\u00a0gesti\u00f3 dels conflictes que es basa en el di\u00e0leg i la recerca de solucions constructives. La finalitat \u00e9s trobar una soluci\u00f3 de consens entre les parts implicades, sense haver de comen\u00e7ar un proc\u00e9s sancionador.<\/p>\n<p>La mediaci\u00f3 \u00e9s,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Volunt\u00e0ria\u00a0<\/strong>(s\u00f3n les parts en conflicte les que decideixen iniciar\u00a0una mediaci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 poden desistir del proc\u00e9s quan ho considerin oport\u00fa).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confidencial<\/strong>(el di\u00e0leg que s&#8217;hi genera no es divulga, queda reservat entre les parts i el mediador)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Imparcial\u00a0<\/strong>(el mediador ha de buscar l\u2019equilibri entre les parts, sense decantar-se per cap d\u2019elles)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Neutral\u00a0<\/strong>(el mediador no imposa els acords finals, ni el seu punt de vista ha d&#8217;influir durant el proc\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el nostre institut, tots els alumnes tenen una formaci\u00f3 inicial sobre mediaci\u00f3 a 1r d\u2019ESO dins de la mat\u00e8ria pr\u00f2pia del centre d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Emocional i una optativa de 3r d\u2019ESO sobre resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes i mediaci\u00f3. Aquests \u00faltims s\u00f3n els mediadors en el cas de conflictes entre alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Es facilita la b\u00fastia de mediaci\u00f3 (f\u00edsica o a trav\u00e9s de la web) com a eina per demanar ajut. La pot utilitzar tant la persona que ho necessita com un\/a observador\/a que no vol ser identificat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #5985b5;\"><strong>Cardedeu Coeduca.<\/strong> <\/span>L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s reduir l\u2019educaci\u00f3 sexista. <strong>L\u2019assessorament i acompanyament d\u2019experts que beneficiar\u00e0 els educadors, l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutraspall\/convivencia-i-cohesio\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-20499\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutraspall\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu277\/2019\/01\/Convivencia-i-Cohesio-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Per tal de millorar el pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, els grups de tutoria s\u00f3n m\u00e9s redu\u00efts en tots els nivells que \u00e9s possible.<\/p>\n<p>Per a casos puntuals, en que es requereix l\u2019atenci\u00f3 del professorat d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa, mediaci\u00f3 o coordinacions amb serveis externs es disposa de la Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat i\/o les Comissions Socials per a determinar les actuacions necess\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9s voluntat del nostre centre formar l\u2019alumnat en el conjunt de valors, actituds i normes que s\u00f3n caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019una societat plural i democr\u00e0tica: el respecte als altres, a l\u2019entorn, als b\u00e9ns, la toler\u00e0ncia, la llibertat, la responsabilitat i el di\u00e0leg.
