Sens dubte, aquest nou paradigma ens ha ajudat a mantenir m\u00e9s connexions amb m\u00e9s persones i a fer m\u00e9s petites les dist\u00e0ncies, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 cal un proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 profund i cr\u00edtic que permeti construir aquestes relacions de la manera m\u00e9s saludable possible.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Objectius:<\/strong>\u00a0Ser conscients de la predominan\u00e7a de les xarxes i les noves tecnologies en les relacions pr\u00f2pies, observar l\u2019impacte dels actes individuals en els canals virtuals i prendre responsabilitats envers la promoci\u00f3 del benestar a les xarxes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Continguts:<\/strong>\u00a0\uf02d La identitat digital: el que vull mostrar vs. qui soc. \uf02d Autoestima i reconeixement. \uf02d Relacions saludables: actituds que sumen o que resten. Metodologia: S\u2019utilitza la metodologia interactiva i vivencial, \u00e9s a dir, la metodologia VRT (viv\u00e8ncia, reflexi\u00f3 i transfer\u00e8ncia), en qu\u00e8, a partir de din\u00e0miques i jocs, es presenten els diferents continguts te\u00f2rics i s\u2019ofereixen eines per a la reflexi\u00f3 i la transfer\u00e8ncia fora del context formatiu.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Destinataris:<\/strong>\u00a0Joves de 12 a 16 anys, o joves de 17 anys o m\u00e9s.\u00a0<strong>Durada<\/strong>: 2
