Actualment, pr\u00e0cticament el 100% del nostre alumnat disposa de tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil, el qual esdev\u00e9 per a ells una eina amb la qual juguen, se socialitzen i es comuniquen.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 dem<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutmartamata\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu281\/2023\/07\/Espai-lliure-de-mobils.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15574 alignleft\" title=\"espai lliure de m\u00f2bils\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutmartamata\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu281\/2023\/07\/Espai-lliure-de-mobils-724x1024.jpg\" alt=\"espai lliure de m\u00f2bils\" width=\"208\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a>ostrat que la utilitzaci\u00f3 dels m\u00f2bils als centres educatius t\u00e9 un impacte negatiu en els resultats acad\u00e8mics. Tant la p\u00e8rdua de concentraci\u00f3 com la depend\u00e8ncia dels alumnes cap a aquests dispositius fan que baixi el seu rendiment. L\u2019\u00fas inadequat del m\u00f2bil, sobretot de les xarxes socials, s\u00f3n font de bona part dels conflictes dins i fora dels centres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per tot aix\u00f2 que hem actualitzat la normativa respecte a l&#8217;\u00fas del m\u00f2bil a l&#8217;institut, normativa que ha estat aprovada pel Consell Escolar en data 1 d&#8217;octubre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NORMATIVA PER A TOT L\u2019ALUMNAT:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prohibici\u00f3 d\u2019usar el m\u00f2bil en tots els espais de l&#8217;institut, pati incl\u00f2s, i en totes les activitats educatives que puguin tenir lloc fora del centre (activitats extraescolars, sortides&#8230;),<\/strong> per a tot l&#8217;alumnat, alumnes dels estudis post-obligatoris tamb\u00e9. L&#8217;alumnat <strong>NO HA DE PORTAR EL M\u00d2BIL AL CENTRE.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>En casos puntuals i ocasionals (que la fam\u00edlia consideri oport\u00fa) l\u2019alumnat pot portar el m\u00f2bil a l\u2019institut, per\u00f2 en cap cas podr\u00e0 treure\u2019l ni fer-ne \u00fas. Se seguir\u00e0 el seg\u00fcent protocol:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>a. La fam\u00edlia ha de sol\u00b7licitar i justificar per escrit que el seu fill\/a porti el m\u00f2bil al centre.<\/p>\n<p>b. L\u2019alumnat ha de portar el m\u00f2bil apagat a la motxilla o guardar-lo a la seva taquilla amb cadenat la primera hora. En acabar la jornada, el podr\u00e0 recollir de la taquilla.<\/p>\n<p>c. El m\u00f2bil no es pot fer present, ni visible, ni audible, des de les 8:30 fins a les 15.00 hores, sense excepci\u00f3 (ni canvis de classe, pati, jard\u00ed, passadissos, escales, lavabos, gu\u00e0rdies, ni cap altra casu\u00edstica).<\/p>\n<p>d. En tot cas, l\u2019alumnat sempre ha de vetllar per la integritat del seu dispositiu electr\u00f2nic i n\u2019\u00e9s el seu responsable. <b>El centre no es far\u00e0 responsable de les avaries, trencament, p\u00e8rdues, furts o robatoris dels tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils de l\u2019alumnat<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>SANCIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En cas d\u2019incompliment de la normativa, tant per l\u2019alumnat d\u2019ESO com dels estudis post-obligatoris, les sancions seran les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>1\u00aa vegada<\/b>: El professorat requerir\u00e0 el lliurament de l\u2019aparell, el qual ser\u00e0 portat a Direcci\u00f3, El centre custodiar\u00e0 el m\u00f2bil fins al final de la jornada, amonestar\u00e0 l\u2019alumne\/a i el docent corresponent ho comunicar\u00e0 a la fam\u00edlia. L\u2019alumne\/a haur\u00e0 de copiar les normes sobre l\u2019\u00fas del m\u00f2bil i lliurar la c\u00f2pia al seu tutor\/a.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>2\u00aa vegada<\/b>: Es considera que ja hi ha hagut una reiteraci\u00f3. La sanci\u00f3 \u00e9s obertura d&#8217;expedient, amb suspensi\u00f3 del dret d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia al centre durant 3 dies lectius.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>3\u00aa vegada<\/b>: Obertura d\u2019expedient disciplinari que pot comportar una suspensi\u00f3 del dret d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia al centre de llarga durada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si un alumne al qual es demana que lliuri el tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil\u00a0 s\u2019hi nega, es considera falta molt greu i s\u2019han d&#8217;aplicar les sancions corresponents a aquest tipus de falta.<\/p>\n<p>Si tothom col\u00b7labora en el compliment d\u2019aquesta normativa, hi haur\u00e0 una millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia i s\u2019evitaran conflictes innecessaris produ\u00efts per un mal \u00fas dels dispositius electr\u00f2nics.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat, en cas de no trobar-se b\u00e9, pot demanar al professorat de gu\u00e0rdia que\u00a0 truqui a la fam\u00edlia i, si fos pertinent, demanar que el vingui a recollir les persones autoritzades dins l\u2019horari lectiu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Agra\u00efm la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies amb el compliment d\u2019aquesta normativa!<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; L&#8217;acolliment digital consta d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de documents que orienten sobre els recursos digitals del centre.
