En els darrers anys, el nombre de canals de comunicaci\u00f3 ha crescut exponencialment i la creaci\u00f3 de nous marcs multidireccionals ha indu\u00eft a profunds canvis en la relaci\u00f3 entre les persones i les institucions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La comunicaci\u00f3 ha de fomentar el di\u00e0leg, l\u2019empatia i la participaci\u00f3.
