Aquestes es concreten de la seg\u00fcent manera:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Universals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (s\u00f3n mesures preventives i proactives destinades a tot l\u2019alumnat):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organitzaci\u00f3 flexible del centre, com per exemple, el desdoblament de grups.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doc\u00e8ncia compartida, com per exemple les tutories, en les que hi participa el\/la tutor\/a de grup i el\/la psicopedagog\/a del nivell.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avaluaci\u00f3 formativa i formadora, com per exemple l\u2019\u00fas de r\u00fabriques d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Processos d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i orientaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Addicionals <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica als aprenentatges, s\u00f3n flexibles, temporals i preventives):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesures d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial espec\u00edfiques per l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu i necessitats educatives especials.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport del\/de la psicopedagog\/a a l\u2019alumnat i a les fam\u00edlies que ho requereixin.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport de la referent de llengua i cohesi\u00f3 social. (LIC).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir del curs 2022-2023 es dur\u00e0 a terme un Projecte de Diversificaci\u00f3 Curricular en el qual l\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO participant assistir\u00e0 a l\u2019aula oberta i realitzar\u00e0 pr\u00e0ctiques amb diverses entitats col\u00b7laboradores.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Intensives <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(s\u00f3n mesures que atenen a les singularitats personals, consten d\u2019accions d\u2019alta intensitat i de llarga durada):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport dels professionals d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat i a les fam\u00edlies que ho requereixin.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programa d\u2019Aula Integral de Suport. (AIS).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3 del vetllador pels alumnes amb dificultats.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plans Individualitzats (conjunt de suports i adaptacions que un determinat alumne pugui necessitar en els diferents moments i contextos escolars).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per recollir totes aquestes mesures, es fa un Pla de suport Individualitzat (PI) per l\u2019alumnat que ho necessita, el qual es va revisant cada curs, i si cal, cada trimestre, per tal d\u2019adaptar les mesures que es prenen a les necessitats reals dels alumnes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tal de garantit la millor atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat, el centre t\u00e9 la <\/span><b>Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat (CAD) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">formada per l\u2019equip del Departament d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 del centre, l\u2019Equip directiu i el referent de l\u2019Equip d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica (EAP). Aquesta comissi\u00f3 es reuneix setmanalment per fer el seguiment dels alumnes que ho requereixin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 es realitzen les <\/span><b>CAD socials<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en les que a les reunions habituals de la CAD s\u2019hi afegeixen els educadors socials de refer\u00e8ncia de la zona.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les coordinacions amb agents externs com psic\u00f2legs, logopedes, etc., tamb\u00e9 formen part de les actuacions per garantir el bon seguiment dels i les alumnes. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de l\u2019institut Les Margues es duen a terme diverses mesures i suports d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, seguint el Decret d\u2019inclusi\u00f3, per tal de garantir l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu dels i de les alumnes.
