Els objectius han estat descobrir les principals reaccions qu\u00edmiques que tenen lloc a la cuina, con\u00e8ixer la base cient\u00edfica dels &#8220;Trucs de l&#8217;\u00e0via&#8221; i divertir-se recreant reaccions qu\u00edmiques tot preparant receptes senzilles.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Des de temps ancestrals les reaccions qu\u00edmiques han format part de la nostra vida quotidiana sense que les tingu\u00e9ssim en compte, tot i fer-nos el nostre dia a dia m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil. En aquest taller l&#8217;alumnat va observar reaccions que es produeixen amb productes que podem trobar a la nostra cuina. Entre d&#8217;altres coses, van observar la reacci\u00f3 de fermentaci\u00f3 que li dona la consist\u00e8ncia al pa, van aprendre a evitar que les cebes ens facin plorar i a elaborar caramels i
