The general objectives of the program are to promote the application in the classroom of CLIL methodologies (integrated learning of contents and English language); to encourage the development of interdisciplinary English language projects and to provide guidelines for educational organization and curriculum design. Through the GEP, teachers can also strengthen cooperative work, encourage educational innovation and promote the exchange of practical skills with other participating schools.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three members of the promoter team are participating in an annual training, to design an educational proposal that will be implemented in some secondary and primary courses along the school year. For this project, the priority is to design and apply new didactic proposals related to experimentation and manipulation but also to promote students\u2019 autonomy and engagement by involving students of different ages, introducing them to different communication situations and making students the main performers of the tasks. Teamwork also encourages learners to achieve shared learning objectives and to strengthen bonds between secondary and primary students.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquest curs l\u2019Institut Escola Moss\u00e8n Cinto s\u2019ha adherit al Programa d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica: GEP (Generaci\u00f3 Pluriling\u00fce) que t\u00e9 una durada de tres anys i compta amb un equip impulsor format per un membre de l\u2019equip directiu i tres docents de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De moment, els tres membres del professorat han participat en una formaci\u00f3 anual per a dissenyar una proposta educativa que despr\u00e9s es posar\u00e0 en pr\u00e0ctica a l\u2019ESO i prim\u00e0ria conjuntament. Es prioritzaran propostes que s\u2019articulin entorn de l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3, la manipulaci\u00f3 i la pl\u00e0stica. Implicant alumnes de diferents cursos potenciem l\u2019autonomia, introduint alumnes en situacions de comunicaci\u00f3 diferents perqu\u00e8 s\u2019impliquin activament en el desenvolupament de la tasca.
