{"id":5674,"date":"2020-12-15T15:00:21","date_gmt":"2020-12-15T14:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutescolamossencinto\/?p=5674"},"modified":"2020-12-16T09:41:34","modified_gmt":"2020-12-16T08:41:34","slug":"lesmorzar-es-clau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutescolamossencinto\/primaria\/1r\/lesmorzar-es-clau\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;esmorzar \u00e9s clau!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest mat\u00ed, ens ha vingut la Lorena a fer un Taller d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, una de les activitats de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.\u00a0 \u00a0L&#8217;activitat d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 per la Salut que hem fet ha estat:\u00a0 l&#8217;Esmorzar \u00e9s clau!.<\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot, ens ha explicat un conte on la protagonista l&#8217;Alba, anava a l&#8217;hort a plantar verdures i fruites, i un conill es menjava totes les fruites i verdures del seu hort&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius de l&#8217;activitat s\u00f3n promoure una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, sostenible i de proximitat i conscienciar a nens i nenes sobre la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019esmorzar.<\/p>\n<p>En finalitzar el taller ens han donat un quadern did\u00e0ctic sobre alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, \u201cCom vols que<br \/>\ncomenci el teu dia?.
