S\u00f3n espais que respecten la diversitat i el ritme individual de cada infant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"752\">El treball per ambients consisteix en una manera diferent d\u2019organitzar l\u2019alumnat, l\u2019espai i els materials per crear un context d\u2019aprenentatge lliure i espontani. Es tracta de dissenyar espais tem\u00e0tics per experimentar, investigar i aprendre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1039\">En aquests espais, l\u2019infant \u00e9s el protagonista del seu aprenentatge: investiga, prova, assaja, modifica, construeix, destrueix, parla, raona, explica, inventa i formula hip\u00f2tesis. Tot aix\u00f2 afavoreix el desenvolupament de l\u2019autonomia, la relaci\u00f3 amb els altres i la iniciativa personal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1234\">Els ambients evolucionen i es transformen al llarg del curs segons els interessos i necessitats dels infants. Per aix\u00f2, requereixen organitzaci\u00f3 i una recerca constant de materials de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1522\">L\u2019observaci\u00f3 de les mestres permet una atenci\u00f3 individualitzada i el desenvolupament de projectes que sorgeixen dels interessos reals de l\u2019alumnat. Aquests projectes poden treballar-se en grups redu\u00efts segons la motivaci\u00f3 dels infants, afavorint aix\u00ed el seu desenvolupament i potencial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1796\">Els infants s\u00f3n creatius per naturalesa, i l\u2019escola ha d\u2019afavorir aquesta capacitat. Cal evitar entorns r\u00edgids on l\u2019infant senti que ha de seguir un model \u00fanic, i apostar per espais rics en est\u00edmuls on la creativitat sigui valorada com una expressi\u00f3 natural de la persona.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"2022\">Els ambients d\u2019aprenentatge han de ser espais de reflexi\u00f3, experimentaci\u00f3, descobriment i manipulaci\u00f3. Un lloc on cada infant aprengui al seu ritme i on la diversitat es visqui com una oportunitat d\u2019enriquiment i cooperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2251\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 es fa en grups heterogenis d\u2019edat, nivells i interessos, afavorint la interacci\u00f3, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i l\u2019ajuda m\u00fatua.
