El paper del mestre\/a \u00e9s el de <strong data-start=\"166\" data-end=\"216\">guia, organitzador\/a, acompanyant i mediador\/a<\/strong> del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, intervenint nom\u00e9s quan \u00e9s necessari per afavorir el desenvolupament de cada infant i assolir els objectius de l\u2019ambient educatiu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"717\">El\/la docent mant\u00e9 un paper actiu, reflexiu i en constant evoluci\u00f3, vinculat a la innovaci\u00f3 i a la investigaci\u00f3 educativa. Escolta l\u2019infant, adapta la seva intervenci\u00f3 a les seves necessitats i \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d\u2019interpretar i donar sentit al que observa, entenent els processos de creixement i les diferents formes d\u2019aprendre de cada nen i nena.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"1228\">En aquest model educatiu, el docent passa a un segon pla, mentre que els infants esdevenen els veritables protagonistes del seu aprenentatge. A trav\u00e9s de la interacci\u00f3 amb els materials, els espais i les activitats, desenvolupen la seva autonomia i curiositat. L\u2019adult observa, reorganitza els ambients i garanteix el respecte per les normes que es van construint de manera progressiva. A partir d\u2019aquesta observaci\u00f3, es revisen i ajusten les propostes pedag\u00f2giques segons les necessitats de cada infant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1524\">L\u2019autonomia dels infants permet una atenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s respectuosa i individualitzada. El\/la mestre\/a pot intervenir quan cal, oferint suport puntual i adaptat a cada situaci\u00f3. Aquest enfocament afavoreix la diversitat, la conviv\u00e8ncia i la creaci\u00f3 de vincles significatius entre docent i alumnat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1790\">L\u2019escola s\u2019ent\u00e9n com un espai de vida, respecte i acompanyament emocional. El\/la mestre\/a acompanya, observa, proposa i crea contextos d\u2019aprenentatge sense jutjar ni condicionar, afavorint un entorn segur i acollidor on cada infant pugui cr\u00e9ixer amb benestar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1995\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">En definitiva, l\u2019infant \u00e9s el protagonista del seu propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge: investiga, experimenta, prova, modifica, construeix, comparteix i formula hip\u00f2tesis per entendre el m\u00f3n que l\u2019envolta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83c\udf31 L\u2019acompanyament de l\u2019infant L\u2019acompanyament de l\u2019infant \u00e9s un dels pilars fonamentals del nostre projecte educatiu.
