{"id":848,"date":"2015-02-03T20:03:55","date_gmt":"2015-02-03T19:03:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutcanplanas\/?p=848"},"modified":"2016-11-07T18:01:12","modified_gmt":"2016-11-07T17:01:12","slug":"tallers-denginyeria-de-materials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutcanplanas\/batxillerat\/tallers-denginyeria-de-materials\/","title":{"rendered":"Tallers d&#8217;Enginyeria de Materials"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"news_hometext\">\n<p>El passat divendres 23 de gener, els alumnes de B1 cient\u00edfic-tecnol\u00f2gic vam anar a Barcelona a la <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\/quimica\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Facultat de Qu\u00edmica de la UB<\/a><\/strong> a realitzar uns Tallers d\u2019Enginyeria de Materials.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/-wc2s3h9y3NI\/VNEkoFD7TOI\/AAAAAAAAICE\/PdD-uFEmweQ\/s720\/biologia01.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/-VRVxkx7CWQc\/VNEkoBrMH2I\/AAAAAAAAIDI\/2Gnvg4iEAv8\/s504\/biologia01red.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Materials i propietats<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per una banda ens vam dividir en petits grups per identificar diferents materials a partir de propietats \u00a0com la seva duresa, conductivitat el\u00e8ctrica, conductivitat t\u00e8rmica, atracci\u00f3 magn\u00e8tica, propietats \u00f2ptiques o la seva resist\u00e8ncia \u00a0a la corrosi\u00f3 \u00e0cida.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-lJZ68cao4RE\/VNEkoKQK06I\/AAAAAAAAIB8\/MYA0MsD5XJc\/s747\/biologia02.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-hBAzaax9fWs\/VNEkogxEjaI\/AAAAAAAAIDM\/08rI7wkMgVw\/s746\/biologia03.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/-r-s-9SJm5XQ\/VNEko1tE9LI\/AAAAAAAAIDA\/LWgrFr1tr1A\/s720\/biologia04.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Comportament a tensi\u00f3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 vam fer un assaig mec\u00e0nic a tracci\u00f3 d\u2019una proveta de PVC (policlorur de vinil), repartint-nos les tasques entre tots: unes van simular \u00e0toms i els seus enlla\u00e7os, uns manipulaven el tensi\u00f2metre, uns altres mesuraven l\u2019allargament, d\u2019altres anaven bojos amb la calculadora, i entre tots vam poder fer una representaci\u00f3 gr\u00e0fica de la deformaci\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 de la tensi\u00f3 aplicada.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/-slRZWGktCBc\/VNEkpG_0a0I\/AAAAAAAAICQ\/_NYsWkbEkn0\/s720\/biologia05.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/-7fnfuJNz8O4\/VNEkpVk6HTI\/AAAAAAAAICc\/xaq-407NvdI\/s720\/biologia06.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>Experimentant a altes i baixes temperatures<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En un altre laboratori vam experimentar com afecta la temperatura a diferents materials. Vam fondre trossets de vidre d\u2019ampolla verd per reciclar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/-5eVANoj2K9Q\/VNjnjUJAFTI\/AAAAAAAAIEA\/iZAIl_78puQ\/w829-h463-no\/quiminova03.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/-DX53GRc90YY\/VNjnklr6fsI\/AAAAAAAAIEU\/BV4B8A4FaiQ\/w829-h466-no\/quiminova04.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 vam experimentar a baixes temperatures amb nitrogen l\u00edquid (-196\u2070C!!), per veure com afecta a les propietats d\u2019alguns materials. Vam veure com es fragilitzaven un clavell, una goma el\u00e0stica o una goma d\u2019esborrar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-zr9Me9LmAd8\/VNjnk5e9NpI\/AAAAAAAAIEc\/-CDBRRo_UT0\/w830-h463-no\/quiminova05.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/-JMrY8R6PHNg\/VNjnlYrrWhI\/AAAAAAAAIEk\/lxuZXg-JqNQ\/w830-h462-no\/quiminova06.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/-k2-EKy1dXZ0\/VNjnl_JAsSI\/AAAAAAAAIEs\/C6jXZ4K_QSI\/w830-h466-no\/quiminova07.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 potser el m\u00e9s sorprenent de tot, va ser els materials superconductors!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/-QZtcF2mb56g\/VNjnmc9rn_I\/AAAAAAAAIE0\/mQWeq-nhgBY\/w830-h465-no\/quiminova08.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Els superconductors (com l\u2019YBaCuO, un \u00f2xid mixte de itri, bari i coure) s\u00f3n materials que no oposen cap resist\u00e8ncia al pas del corrent el\u00e8ctric quan s\u00f3n refredats a molt baixes temperatures. A m\u00e9s aquest materials repelen camps magn\u00e8tics i, si es col\u00b7loquen sobre un imant, leviten en l\u2019aire desafiant la llei de la gravetat!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, tamb\u00e9 vam experimentar amb materials amb mem\u00f2ria de forma; vam veure com un env\u00e0s de iogurt recuperava la seva forma original despr\u00e9s d\u2019escalfar-lo a l\u2019estufa a uns 100\u2070C durant mitja hora o com un fil de llaut\u00f3 doblegat recuperava la seva forma.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
