{"id":1011,"date":"2014-10-04T07:06:23","date_gmt":"2014-10-04T06:06:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutcanplanas\/?p=1011"},"modified":"2016-10-19T07:07:31","modified_gmt":"2016-10-19T06:07:31","slug":"dia-mundial-dels-docents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutcanplanas\/portada\/dia-mundial-dels-docents\/","title":{"rendered":"Dia mundial dels docents"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"news_hometext\">\n<p>El 1994 la Unesco va proclamar el 5 d&#8217;octubre <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unesco.org\/new\/es\/unesco\/events\/prizes-and-celebrations\/celebrations\/international-days\/world-teachersday-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\">dia mundial dels docents<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-55RwWfxCggg\/VDVZFdStMVI\/AAAAAAAAFhs\/UmqBtoyYhj8\/w200-h285-no\/3d96f5a737.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Els docents constitueixen una inversi\u00f3 en el futur dels pa\u00efsos. \u00c9s impossible preveure el que els nens d&#8217;avui hauran d&#8217;afrontar durant la seva vida adulta, de manera que els docents d&#8217;ara i de dem\u00e0 necessiten les compet\u00e8ncies, els coneixements i el suport que els permetin satisfer les diferents necessitats d&#8217;aprenentatge de cada nena i nen d&#8217;avui.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aQRAeRBvVgM\" width=\"630\" height=\"472\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>El 5 d&#8217;octubre d&#8217;aquest any celebrarem el vint\u00e8 aniversari de la instauraci\u00f3 del Dia Mundial dels Docents. En aquesta data es commemora l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3, el 1966, de la Recomanaci\u00f3 conjunta de l&#8217;OIT i la UNESCO relativa a la situaci\u00f3 del personal docent. Aquesta recomanaci\u00f3 \u00e9s moralment vinculant per a tots els pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>S\u00f3n nombrosos els pa\u00efsos on la qualitat de l&#8217;ensenyament es veu afectada per l&#8217;escassetat de mestres. Segons l&#8217;Institut d&#8217;Estad\u00edstica de la UNESCO, hi ha un d\u00e8ficit de docents de l&#8217;ordre de 1,4 milions a les aules del m\u00f3n sencer i aquests professors s\u00f3n indispensables per assolir l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria universal d&#8217;aqu\u00ed a 2015.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A l&#8217;escassetat num\u00e8rica s&#8217;afegeix el problema de la qualitat: amb molta freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, els docents han de desenvolupar la seva tasca sense els recursos necessaris ni la capacitaci\u00f3 adequada. \u00c9s un desafiament de gran import\u00e0ncia, perqu\u00e8 actualment ens enfrontem a una crisi mundial en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;aprenentatge: hi ha 250 milions de nens que no aconsegueixen adquirir les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques de lectura i escriptura.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A mesura que els pa\u00efsos s&#8217;afanyen el pas amb vista a l&#8217;any 2015 i que es van elaborant els nous programes de desenvolupament, \u00e9s fonamental que els docents segueixin rebent atenci\u00f3 priorit\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A la Consulta mundial sobre l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 en els programes de desenvolupament posteriors al 2015 figuren els factors essencials per refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia de la tasca pedag\u00f2gica: (1) condicions d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 favorables, el que inclou contractes i salaris adequats, i perspectives de carrera i promoci\u00f3 professional; (2) bones condicions laborals, basades en la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un context escolar propici a l&#8217;ensenyament; (3) capacitaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i durant l&#8217;exercici del magisteri, basada en el respecte dels drets humans i els principis de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 integradora; i (4) gesti\u00f3 efica\u00e7, que abasti la contractaci\u00f3 i assignaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica del personal docent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Els governs i la comunitat internacional han de brindar un suport un\u00e0nime als docents i l&#8217;aprenentatge de qualitat en el m\u00f3n sencer, especialment en els pa\u00efsos que compten amb el major nombre de nens sense escolaritzar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>En aquest Dia Mundial dels Docents, la UNESCO i els seus associats exhorten a tots a que contribueixin a difondre el missatge que la inversi\u00f3 en els docents \u00e9s fonamental.
