La seva idea es centrava en un conill farcit amb orellanes macerades en ratafia, acompanyat d\u2019una delicada progressi\u00f3 de parmentier de xirivia que jugava amb diferents textures i matisos de sabor.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i no aconseguir el premi final, l\u2019ambient que es va crear al voltant del plat va ser molt positiu i el reconeixement a la feina ben feta va quedar pal\u00e8s en els comentaris elogiosos dels experts. Va ser una experi\u00e8ncia \u00fanica, que va permetre a en Jan demostrar el seu talent i, alhora, gaudir d\u2019un moment inoblidable.
