Les hores que els nois\/ies no tinguin professor\/a romandran al pati sota supervisi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; color: #222222; font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Hi ha alumnes que ens han manifestat la seva voluntat de no assistir al centre aquest dia per tal de secundar la vaga.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\">Us informem que segons l\u2019article 24.2 del decret d\u2019autonomia,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\">a partir del tercer curs de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\">, les decisions col\u00b7lectives adoptades per l\u2019alumnat en relaci\u00f3 a la seva assist\u00e8ncia a classe, en l\u2019exercici del dret de reuni\u00f3 i<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\">pr\u00e8viament comunicades a la direcci\u00f3 del centre<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>i<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\">sempre que es disposi de la corresponent autoritzaci\u00f3 dels pares, mares o tutors<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;\">, no tindran la consideraci\u00f3 de falta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; color: #222222; font-family: arial,sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-align: justify;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Per tant, d\u2019acord amb la normativa esmentada, els\/les alumnes de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><strong>1r i 2n d\u2019ESO han d\u2019assistir normalment al centre<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>i els\/les de 3r ESO han de comunicar els seus prop\u00f2sits a direcci\u00f3 i els pares\/mares\/tutors legals autoritzar-ho formalment per escrit.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com ja sabeu el proper dijous 9 de maig hi ha convocada una jornada de vaga general d\u2019educaci\u00f3.<br \/>\nUs informem que el centre romandr\u00e0 obert i que alguns membres del professorat ens han comunicat la seva intenci\u00f3 d\u2019exercir el seu dret a fer vaga.
