{"id":4901,"date":"2019-03-13T20:21:48","date_gmt":"2019-03-13T19:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institut-torrefarrera\/?p=4901"},"modified":"2019-03-13T20:26:52","modified_gmt":"2019-03-13T19:26:52","slug":"viatge-dalumnes-a-troyes-franca-dins-el-projecte-erasmus-enjoy-a-healthy-lifestyle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institut-torrefarrera\/general\/viatge-dalumnes-a-troyes-franca-dins-el-projecte-erasmus-enjoy-a-healthy-lifestyle\/","title":{"rendered":"Viatge d&#8217;alumnes a Troyes (Fran\u00e7a) dins el projecte Erasmus+ &#8220;Enjoy a Healthy Lifestyle&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La setmana del 4 al 8 de mar\u00e7, un grup de 6 alumnes i 2 professores de l&#8217;Institut Joan Sol\u00e0 va trobar-se a Troyes amb alumnes i professorat dels centres de Fran\u00e7a, It\u00e0lia i Alemanya que comparteixen amb nosaltres el <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/ehl-enjoy-a-healthy-lifestyle\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">projecte Erasmus+ &#8220;Enjoy a Healthy Lifestyle&#8221; (Gaudeix d&#8217;un estil de vida saludable)<\/a> que estem desenvolupant entre 2018 i 2020, amb alumnes de 3r ESO.<\/p>\n<p>En la trobada a Troyes es va treballar especialment el benestar mental (Mindfulness) com a part de l&#8217;estil de vida saludable, amb diferents activitats. Igualment va haver temps per con\u00e8ixer aspectes sobre la cultura i el patrimoni de la regi\u00f3 visitada. I tenint en compte la proximitat, la visita a Par\u00eds tamb\u00e9 la van poder fer.<\/p>\n<p>Va ser una setmana molt enriquidora pels viatgers i viatgeres de 3r ESO!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/46vhoDugRG5Wx5mW6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">En tenim algunes imatges i collages, que anirem augmentant a mesura que anem recopilant fotos.
