El passat dijous 27 d’octubre vam fer el tradicional taller d’ elaboraci\u00f3 de panellets. L’activitat s’inscriu dins el treball de les tradicions catalanes, com ara l’arribada de la tardor i la castanyada.<\/p>\n

La nostra recepta \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n

-500 gr. de farina d’ametlla<\/p>\n

-300 gr de sucre<\/p>\n

-La pela de mitja taronja o llimona<\/p>\n

-una patata o un moniato cuits al forn<\/p>\n

-un ou batut<\/p>\n

Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n

Es barreja tota la massa ben b\u00e9 amb les mans i despr\u00e9s es fan boletes.<\/p>\n

Decoraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n

S’hi pot posar pinyons, ametlles laminades, cirera confitada…<\/p>\n

Finalment cal coure’ls al forn a 180 graus durant uns 5 minuts.<\/p>\n

Agra\u00efm a l’\u00c0lex que hagi col\u00b7laborat amb nosaltres enfornant els panellets i tamb\u00e9 a alguns alumnes del SIEI que van venir a ajudar-nos en l’elaboraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
