{"id":6712,"date":"2026-04-17T21:26:04","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T19:26:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institut-el-morell\/?p=6712"},"modified":"2026-04-29T10:55:45","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T08:55:45","slug":"tallers-emocionals-a-2n-deso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institut-el-morell\/eso\/tallers-emocionals-a-2n-deso\/","title":{"rendered":"Tallers de benestar emocional a l&#8217;ESO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;alumnat de primer cicle d&#8217;ESO ha participat recentment en uns tallers per al foment del benestar emocional, la iniciativa, subvencionada per l&#8217;Ajuntament de la Pobla de Mafumet, ofereix un espai de reflexi\u00f3 i autoconeixement per als estudiants de 1r i 2n. Aquestes jornades dedicades al benestar emocional, integrades dins del programa d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Emocional del centre, tenen per objectiu dotar els joves d\u2019eines per a la gesti\u00f3 personal i millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;aula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Sessions din\u00e0miques i especialitzades<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els tallers s&#8217;han organitzat en grups redu\u00efts de quinze alumnes per garantir una atenci\u00f3 personalitzada i un clima de confian\u00e7a. La conducci\u00f3 de les sessions ha anat a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;especialistes de reconegudes entitats:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><b>A 1r d&#8217;ESO:<\/b>\u00a0Les sessions han estat liderades per una formadora de la\u00a0<b>Fundaci\u00f3 Tu Ceiba<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>A 2n d&#8217;ESO:<\/b>\u00a0La dinamitzaci\u00f3 ha corregut a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;una professional de la\u00a0<b>Fundaci\u00f3 Jov<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Expressi\u00f3 i respecte com a eixos centrals<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest projecte neix del convenciment que la capacitat d&#8217;identificar i comunicar els propis sentiments \u00e9s un pilar fonamental per al desenvolupament integral de l&#8217;adolescent. Durant els tallers, s&#8217;ha ofert als estudiants un espai segur on\u00a0<b>prendre consci\u00e8ncia de les seves emocions<\/b>\u00a0i expressar-les des de la sinceritat i el respecte mutu.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Poder explicar el que senten contribueix directament al seu benestar i a la millora del seu entorn social i acad\u00e8mic.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, el centre vol agrair la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;<b>Ajuntament de la Pobla de Mafumet<\/b>, la subvenci\u00f3 del qual ha fet possible la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes activitats essencials per a la formaci\u00f3 en valors i salut mental del nostre alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><a
