Las pr\u00e1cticas restaurativas: una forma de responder a este desaf\u00edo\u201d impartida per Terry O\u2019Connell. La xerrada els ha perm\u00e8s de con\u00e8ixer un enfocament molt interessant per a la gesti\u00f3 de conflictes i tensions que persegueix l\u2019enfortiment de les relacions.
