“La Constituci\u00f3 no m’agrada. La podem canviar?” Amb aquest plantejament tan suggerent, la Neus Oliveras Jan\u00e9, Llicenciada en Dret i professora de Dret constitucional a la URV, ha exposat la seva confer\u00e8ncia als alumnes de la mat\u00e8ria d’Hist\u00f2ria de 2n de batxillerat. En primer lloc, ha explicat la noci\u00f3 de Constituci\u00f3 partint del seu sentit i origen hist\u00f2ric, fent especial inc\u00eds en la dels EUA i la de la Revoluci\u00f3 Francesa. Despr\u00e9s, s’ha centrat en la Constituci\u00f3 espanyola de 1978 per explicar quan i en quines circumst\u00e0ncies es va elaborar, quin \u00e9s el seu contingut, quina posici\u00f3 ocupa en l’ordenament jur\u00eddic i si \u00e9s possible i convenient canviar-la.
\nHa fet incisos en la noci\u00f3 de “poble” i en el paper de la dona al llarg de tot aquest proc\u00e9s. Una xerrada molt interessant, agra\u00efm molt la seva visita.<\/p>\n
