El tema central d&#8217;aquest esdeveniment de divulgaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica ha estat la nutrici\u00f3. Amb un format dist\u00e8s, tot esmorzant a la cafeteria <em>Follow<\/em> <em>Me <\/em>del Morell, l&#8217;alumnat de 1r de batxillerat ha conegut les recerques que han dut a terme diferents cient\u00edfiques del Departament de Bioqu\u00edmica i Biotecnologia de la URV. La doctora Francisca Isabel Bravo ens ha explicat com aprofiten restes d&#8217;alguns processos alimentaris per extreure components que redueixen la tensi\u00f3 arterial. El professor Gerard Aragon\u00e8s ens ha justificat cient\u00edficament per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s consumir la fruita quan \u00e9s la seva temporada. Per \u00faltim, la investigadora Carme Grau ens ha animat a menjar insectes per despla\u00e7ar el consum de carn, tot argumentant les seves bondats tant nutricionals com mediambientals.
