La setmana que ve participarem d&#8217;un altre taller amb l&#8217;altre grup de Qu\u00edmica. El repte d&#8217;aquest <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1pwFdkhydkZEryDgiCS6IL9ALh5_Dkqf2?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taller<\/a><\/strong> d&#8217;avui era produir formatge i iogurt sense lactosa a partir de llet sencera. Qui m\u00e9s qui menys coneix alg\u00fa que \u00e9s intolerant als productes l\u00e0ctics. Per minimitzar les intoler\u00e0ncies hem d&#8217;eliminar la lactosa, per aix\u00f2 cal utilitzar enzims (lactases) que la degradin. Despr\u00e9s, amb la llet ja deslactosada elaborem iogurt i formatge apte per intolerants a la lactosa!
