Ja tenim aqu\u00ed el nou projecte Erasmus +. Un plaer rebre estudiants de Fran\u00e7a, Alemanya i Finl\u00e0ndia i compartir activitats relacionades amb el benestar dels nostres joves.<\/p>\n

La paraula wellness\/wellbeing en angl\u00e8s inclou diversos talents per cuidar-nos una mica millor tots plegats i a nivell individual. Hi trobem aspectes relacionats en els \u00e0mbits f\u00edsic i mental, l’ambiental, l’espiritual, l’educatiu el social, el financer, etc.\u00a0Saber gestionar les emocions pr\u00f2pies i alienes, practicar l’atenci\u00f3 en les activitats que estem fent, desenvolupar habilitats socioemocionals, tenir cura del nostre cos… s\u00f3n capacitats que els nostres joves no poden descuidar per establir l’equilibri intern i la motivaci\u00f3 que tots necessitem a fi d’aprofitar tot el nostre talent i potencial.<\/p>\n

El projecte ens ha ofert l’oportunitat de realitzar un gran ventall d’activitats i cuidar-nos molt \ud83e\udd70. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, com sempre, Erasmus et regala el gran plaer de conviure amb gent diversa, on l’intercanvi cultural i ling\u00fc\u00edstic \u00e9s un dels eixos principals de cada mobilitat.<\/p>\n
