{"id":1032,"date":"2014-09-29T17:01:40","date_gmt":"2014-09-29T15:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/institutsolderiu.cat\/?p=1032"},"modified":"2014-09-29T17:01:40","modified_gmt":"2014-09-29T15:01:40","slug":"pla-salut-escola-comunitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/inssolderiu\/noticies\/pla-salut-escola-comunitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla Salut, Escola i Comunitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #616161;\">Els\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"color: #616161;\">Departaments d\u2019Ensenyament i de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya<\/b><span style=\"color: #616161;\">, juntament amb els\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"color: #616161;\">ens locals<\/b><span style=\"color: #616161;\">, treballen conjuntament en el\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"color: #616161;\">Pla de Salut, Escola i Comunitat (PSEC)<\/b><span style=\"color: #616161;\">, per tal d\u2019aglutinar totes les actuacions de promoci\u00f3 de la salut que s\u2019adrecen a infants i joves. L&#8217;Institut S\u00f2l-de-Riu tamb\u00e9 participem en aquest pla promovent xerrades, tallers i una consulta sanit\u00e0ria al centre de facultatius de la nostra \u00c0rea B\u00e0sica de Salut.<\/span><br style=\"color: #616161;\" \/><br style=\"color: #616161;\" \/><span style=\"color: #616161;\">L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest Pla \u00e9s estendre de forma equitativa i \u00e0mplia la cobertura de les actuacions, amb la voluntat de millorar la salut d\u2019infants i joves i proposar una marc com\u00fa de refer\u00e8ncia per a la coordinaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes activitats.
