Es juga amb un disc volador i l&#8217;objectiu principal \u00e9s marcar punts atrapant el disc a la zona d&#8217;endavant de l&#8217;equip contrari.<br \/>\nAquest esport destaca per la seva simplicitat de les regles i per transmetre valors com la cooperaci\u00f3, la comunicaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;esportivitat.
