Avui hem finalitzat la situaci\u00f3 d’aprenentatge d’Ultimate Frisbee amb l’alumnat de 1r d’ESO i ho hem fet realitzant un partit on hem posat en pr\u00e0ctica tots els elements treballats durant el mateix.
\nL’Ultimate Frisbee \u00e9s un esport que combina elements del futbol americ\u00e0 i del frisbee. Es juga amb un disc volador i l’objectiu principal \u00e9s marcar punts atrapant el disc a la zona d’endavant de l’equip contrari.
\nAquest esport destaca per la seva simplicitat de les regles i per transmetre valors com la cooperaci\u00f3, la comunicaci\u00f3 i l’esportivitat. Aquest fet fa que l’Ultimate Frisbee aporti molts beneficis a l’alumnat a la vegada que mantenen la seva motivaci\u00f3 i gaudeixen de l’activitat.<\/p>\n
