{"id":3475,"date":"2020-12-07T21:19:59","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T20:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insramondelatorre\/?page_id=3475"},"modified":"2021-05-31T13:07:11","modified_gmt":"2021-05-31T11:07:11","slug":"poefa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insramondelatorre\/projecte-educatiu\/poefa\/","title":{"rendered":"POEFA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nostre centre ha estat seleccionat per participar en el <strong>Projecte amb oportunitats d&#8217;\u00e8xit educatiu a favor de l&#8217;alumnat (POEFA).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aquest projecte cont\u00e9 un programa d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i refor\u00e7 per a la millora i suport en l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, on el seu eix fonamental \u00e9s la reducci\u00f3 i prevenci\u00f3 del frac\u00e0s escolar i l&#8217;abandonament escolar prematur, mitjan\u00e7ant el suport als centres educatius d\u2019entorns socioecon\u00f2mics vulnerables, intervencions espec\u00edfiques adre\u00e7ades a col\u00b7lectius en situaci\u00f3 especialment vulnerable, la implicaci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa en el proc\u00e9s educatiu i l\u2019enfortiment formatiu de les compet\u00e8ncies del professorat per tal de donar resposta educativa a la diversitat de necessitats educatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aquestes actuacions s\u00f3n finan\u00e7ades pel Ministeri d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional en el programa d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i refor\u00e7 per a l\u2019avan\u00e7 i suport a l\u2019educaci\u00f3. I cofinan\u00e7ades pel programa operatiu d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, formaci\u00f3 i educaci\u00f3 del Fons Social Europeu 2014-2020.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En refer\u00e8ncia al nostre centre, el nom del projecte amb el qual hem rebut una important dotaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica \u00e9s, <u><strong>Descobrint la nostra m\u00e0gia<\/strong>.<\/u> Al llarg del curs 20-21 es duran a terme diferents activitats totalment subvencionades on els alumnes podran gaudir d\u2019un programa d\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional i l\u00fadic, destinat a construir unes bases d\u2019una bona salut emocional i autoestima amb l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies necess\u00e0ries que els permetin cr\u00e9ixer amb respecte, seguretat i confian\u00e7a, aix\u00ed com prevenir malalties, com la depressi\u00f3 o els trastorns afectius, situacions d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social o assetjament escolar.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/IPCNormativa\/DisposicionsInternes\/20200709_Publicacio-nous-ajuts-POEFA.pdf\">La Resoluci\u00f3 de 28 d&#8217;octubre de 2019<\/a> \u00e9s on hi podeu trobar tota la informaci\u00f3 dels ajuts rebuts.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest programa d\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional i l\u00fadic es distribueix de la seg\u00fcent forma:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1r i 2n ESO &#8211; TALLERS EMOCIONALS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es duen a terme tallers emocionals tant per als alumnes com per als tutors de cada grup, on s\u2019aprofundeix amb propostes concretes d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 a les tutories per abordar el tema emocional, i es treballa adequant-se a les particularitats de cada grup. Constar\u00e0 de tres sessions d\u2019hora i mitja per grup distribu\u00efdes en cadascun dels trimestres. La metodologia dels tallers \u00e9s vivencial i participativa. Publicat al web el dia 31\/5\/21.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3r i 4t ESO &#8211; TALLERS DE RAP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquests tallers \u00e9s que els i les adolescents puguin treballar l\u2019expressi\u00f3 emocional a trav\u00e9s del rap. \u00c9s un element cat\u00e0rtic i mediador cultural per assolir compet\u00e8ncies relacionades amb la gesti\u00f3 de les pr\u00f2pies emocions on es treballen tem\u00e0tiques que fomenten valors de no-discriminaci\u00f3 com pot ser feminisme, l\u2019anti-racisme o l\u2019autoestima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb aquest taller els alumnes poden descobrir i refor\u00e7ar les seves emocions. Consta de tres sessions de dues hores, on en la primera sessi\u00f3 es fa una introducci\u00f3 a la problem\u00e0tica a tractar, una introducci\u00f3 hist\u00f2rica al rap,\u00a0 la producci\u00f3 musical i el breakdance, el freestyle, el djing i l&#8217;art pl\u00e0stic urb\u00e0. Es treballen els elements d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi i t\u00e8cniques de creaci\u00f3, i s&#8217;inicia la concepci\u00f3 de l&#8217;obra. Amb la segona sessi\u00f3 es finalitza la concepci\u00f3 de l&#8217;obra, es practica i es poleix el resultat. Publicat al web el dia 4\/3\/21.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1r i 2n BATXILLERAT \u2013 TALLER PER GESTIONAR LA FRUSTRACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pel que fa a\u00a0batxillerat,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>hem optat per un taller de 2 hores sobre la motivaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 de la frustraci\u00f3, que consisteix en gestionar la inseguretat que apareix sovint en moments de canvi o quan s&#8217;han de prendre decisions. El taller ajuda a afrontar aquest proc\u00e9s en la presa de decisions. La metodologia dels tallers \u00e9s vivencial i participativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquests tallers \u00e9s desenvolupar habilitats socioemocionals per legitimar emocions, gestionar la impulsivitat i la toler\u00e0ncia a la frustraci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com treballar la perseveran\u00e7a i l\u2019afrontament per tenir una actitud positiva. En els tallers es treballa des de l\u2019autoconeixement per a comprendre els mecanismes que cadasc\u00fa utilitza per fer front a situacions que exigeixen presa de decisions.
