Es preveu que una part important del claustre s\u2019adherir\u00e0 a alguna o algunes convocat\u00f2ries.\u00a0Des del centre es mantindran els serveis m\u00ednims que estableix la normativa (un\/a professor\/a per cada tres unitats de grup-classe), per\u00f2 cal preveure que les activitats lectives ordin\u00e0ries es veuran afectades de forma significativa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>Assemblea de professorat de l\u2019Institut Ramon Casas i Carb\u00f3<\/strong> ha redactat una circular informativa per a les fam\u00edlies per explicar els motius d&#8217;aquestes vagues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Davant la campanya medi\u00e0tica de desprestigi del professorat, considerem molt important fer-vos saber <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>E<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>LS MOTIUS REALS DE LES VAGUES CONVOCADES. <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">De manera unit\u00e0ria reclamem i exigim:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>El 6% del PIB per educaci\u00f3<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> com a m\u00ednim.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>La reversi\u00f3 de les retallades:<\/b><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Reducci\u00f3 de les r\u00e0tios estructurals. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>Cap tancament de grups a la P\u00fablica.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>Increment del personal d\u2019atenci\u00f3 directa a l\u2019alumnat<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Restabliment de l\u2019horari lectiu anterior a les retallades.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Retirada del Decret de Plantilles (39\/2014).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3c4043;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">FP P\u00fablica i de qualitat. Equiparaci\u00f3 salarial ja!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>La retirada de l\u2019esborrany de curr\u00edculum d\u2019ESO i batxillerat: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Amb relaci\u00f3 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>a l\u2019ESO<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">: L\u2019esborrany <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>redueix el nombre d&#8217;hores a gaireb\u00e9 totes les mat\u00e8ries<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> (50% a Tecnologia) i elimina la mat\u00e8ria de Filosofia a 4t d&#8217;ESO. Les hores eliminades formaran part de les \u201chores de gesti\u00f3 aut\u00f2noma.\u201d Cada centre podr\u00e0 fer m\u00e9s o menys hores a Geografia, Catal\u00e0, Hist\u00f2ria, M\u00fasica, Castell\u00e0, Educaci\u00f3 visual i pl\u00e0stica, Biologia\u2026 Aix\u00f2 portar\u00e0 a l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de centres amb curr\u00edculums i metodologies ben diferents, i -m\u00e9s greu- a tenir una doble xarxa, on els alumnes de la P\u00fablica sortiran perdent. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>Amb relaci\u00f3 al Batxillerat<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">: eliminaci\u00f3 de la mat\u00e8ria de \u201cCi\u00e8ncies del m\u00f3n contemporani\u201d i reducci\u00f3 del nombre d&#8217;hores de les mat\u00e8ries de modalitat. A canvi, s\u2019incrementa el nombre d\u2019optatives. En aquesta proposta <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>es dilueixen els continguts de les modalitats, que s\u00f3n els que estan vinculats a la Selectivitat<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>L\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 real del personal inter\u00ed i pacte d\u2019estabilitat.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>L\u2019assumpci\u00f3 de responsabilitat del Departament en la defensa de la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica i cobertura legal de tot el personal dels centres. <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Educaci\u00f3 ha acatat les ordres del Ministeri, que obliguen a fer un 25% de classes en castell\u00e0. \u00c9s una decisi\u00f3 presa obviant criteris socioling\u00fc\u00edstics o educatius, incloses estad\u00edstiques del mateix Departament que confirmen que l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 a l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 baixant de forma preocupant. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><u>Si hi ha hagut un moment per defensar la necessitat de mantenir i refor\u00e7ar l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 a les aules, \u00e9s aquest.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>La retirada de l\u2019ordre de calendari escolar. <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Els docents no ens oposem a l&#8217;avan\u00e7ament de l&#8217;inici de curs, sempre que es tinguin les plantilles completes i el temps suficient per organitzar els centres De fet, nosaltres treballem &#8211; i sempre hem treballat- des del dia 1 de setembre.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>Una negociaci\u00f3 real amb el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els propers dies 15, 16, 17, 23, 29 i 30 de mar\u00e7 hi ha convocades diferents jornades de vaga, adre\u00e7ada al professorat no universitari per part de diversos sindicats.
