{"id":43,"date":"2014-09-17T16:45:07","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T16:45:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insramoncasas\/?page_id=43"},"modified":"2026-03-03T18:29:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T17:29:20","slug":"consell-escolar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insramoncasas\/linstitut\/consell-escolar\/","title":{"rendered":"Consell escolar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Consell Escolar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La funci\u00f3 principal del consell escolar \u00e9s participar en la presa de decisions en relaci\u00f3 amb aquells temes importants per al funcionament i l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del centre: el projecte educatiu, la programaci\u00f3 general, la gesti\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica, la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes, les activitats extraescolars, l&#8217;horari lectiu, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Corresponen al consell escolar les funcions seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participar en l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i les seves modificacions. El consell escolar ha de ser consultat pel director\/a de manera preceptiva per valorar la proposta del projecte educatiu i manifestar el seu suport amb una majoria de les tres cinquenes parts dels membres.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la programaci\u00f3 general anual, de les normes de funcionament i de la gesti\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica del centre. El consell escolar ha de ser consultat de manera preceptiva per valorar cada una de les propostes i manifestar el seu suport per majoria simple dels membres.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluar l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i de les seves modificacions aix\u00ed com de la resta de documents de gesti\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les propostes d&#8217;acords de coresponsabilitat, convenis i altres acords de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del centre amb entitats i institucions.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en el procediment d&#8217;admissi\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en el procediment de selecci\u00f3 i en la proposta de cessament del director o directora.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes i, si escau, revisar les sancions als alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les directrius per a la programaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats escolars complement\u00e0ries i d&#8217;activitats extraescolars, i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en les an\u00e0lisis i les avaluacions del funcionament general del centre i con\u00e8ixer l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del rendiment escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar els criteris de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres centres i amb l&#8217;entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol altra que li sigui atribu\u00efda per les normes legals o reglament\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La composici\u00f3 i vig\u00e8ncia del nostre
