Horari: De 18:30h a 19:30h<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ser\u00e0 telem\u00e0tica: <a href=\"https:\/\/meet.google.com\/ktp-gevi-siy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/meet.google.com\/ktp-gevi-siy<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qui som i qu\u00e8 fem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Som Projecte Home Catalunya, una ONG catalana creada el 1995 per al tractament i la prevenci\u00f3 de les addiccions i altres conductes de risc. Entre altres tasques, ens dediquem a la prevenci\u00f3 dins els centres educatius, amb la finalitat de donar eines i promoure-les dins el nucli familiar i escolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Amb quins objectius?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Proporcionar coneixement sobre les tem\u00e0tiques que han de treballar-se en el si familiar per a fomentar el rol d&#8217;agents preventius.<\/li>\n<li>Con\u00e8ixer les eines i habilitats per a propiciar h\u00e0bits de vida saludable en les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Concretament en aquesta sessi\u00f3 reflexionarem sobre l\u2019etapa evolutiva que estan travessant els vostres fills\/es per aix\u00ed entendre\u2019ls i acompanyar-los millor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De qu\u00e8 parlarem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Parlarem de prevenci\u00f3 en l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia.
