Es tracta d&#8217;un projecte de la productora Ottokar de divulgaci\u00f3 i entreteniment sobre el m\u00f3n del son amb tres episodis d\u2019una hora de durada que s\u2019emetran en horari de prime time al llarg de tres setmanes consecutives. El presentador \u00e9s el Dr. Eduard Estivill, reconegut especialista europeu en Medicina del Son. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019hist\u00f2ries protagonitzades per cares conegudes, an\u00f2nimes i experts, ens endinsaran en l\u2019univers del dormir, l\u2019activitat humana m\u00e9s universal a la qual dediquem una tercera part de la nostra vida i ens ajuda a mantenir-nos sans.
