{"id":6190,"date":"2023-06-15T13:02:15","date_gmt":"2023-06-15T11:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insperecalders\/?page_id=6190"},"modified":"2023-06-22T12:16:25","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T10:16:25","slug":"planificacio-i-seguiment-edc","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insperecalders\/identitat-de-centre\/estrategia-digital-de-centre\/estrategia-digital\/planificacio-i-seguiment-edc\/","title":{"rendered":"Planificaci\u00f3 i seguiment EDC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pel que fa a la planificaci\u00f3 dels objectius exposats, el curs 23-24 es prioritzaran els seg\u00fcents, que quedaran concretats en les accions espec\u00edfiques indicades a continuaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Promoure l\u2019\u00fas de les eines digitals per optimitzar la gesti\u00f3 del centre: a partir del curs 23-24 s\u2019ampliaran les funcionalitats d\u2019iEduca de forma progressiva per al seu \u00fas entre el professorat, l\u2019equip directiu i la comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Crear una cultura digital de centre per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia digital del claustre i l\u2019alumnat: el curs 23-24 comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 amb la difusi\u00f3 dels principals punts de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre entre els membres de la comunitat educativa. Per una banda, es comunicar\u00e0 al claustre i se\u2019l far\u00e0 part\u00edcip de les accions que es t\u00e9 intenci\u00f3 de dur a terme per recollir les diferents esmenes al Pla d\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital i redactar una versi\u00f3 definitiva. Aquesta versi\u00f3 definitiva es far\u00e0 arribar a les fam\u00edlies i a l\u2019alumnat a trav\u00e9s del Consell Escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Promoure el bon \u00fas de les eines digitals per part de l\u2019alumnat: en el curs 23-24, es pretenen incorporar al PAT (Pla d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Tutorial) accions espec\u00edfiques sobre el bon \u00fas de les eines digitals, aix\u00ed com portar a terme jornades adre\u00e7ades a les fam\u00edlies amb sessions d\u2019experts i\u00a0 espais d\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies entorn aquest bon \u00fas. Aquestes accions, han de permetre obrir un proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 a les tutories que es materialitzi en un dec\u00e0leg de centre de bones pr\u00e0ctiques sobre la utilitzaci\u00f3 de les eines digitals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Millorar l\u2019\u00fas i la seguretat de les dades de centre: en aquest sentit, durant el curs 23-24 es duran a terme dues accions diferenciades: per una banda, c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">omplementar i millorar el Pla de Comunicaci\u00f3 actual tenint en compte la versi\u00f3 definitiva de l\u2019EDC elaborada pel claustre i fent especial \u00e8mfasi en la comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies. I, per altra banda, c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rear i compartimentar una carpeta de Google Drive de centre que permeti una millor gesti\u00f3 i protecci\u00f3 de les dades que utiltiza el professorat i el PAS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Els objectius 2 i 6 d&#8217;aquesta estrat\u00e8gia digital es treballaran a partir del curs 24-25.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per a cadascun dels objectius de l&#8217;EDC s&#8217;han dissenyat les activitats que han de permetre el seu assoliment.
