{"id":17973,"date":"2026-05-05T18:51:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T16:51:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insmontsia\/?p=17973"},"modified":"2026-05-05T18:52:40","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T16:52:40","slug":"estudi-microscopic-de-lespirulina-en-el-marc-del-projecte-innovafp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insmontsia\/general\/estudi-microscopic-de-lespirulina-en-el-marc-del-projecte-innovafp\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudi microsc\u00f2pic de l\u2019espirulina en el marc del projecte InnovaFP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat d\u2019EPA del CFGM d\u2019Ind\u00fastries Aliment\u00e0ries ha dut a terme una pr\u00e0ctica de laboratori centrada en l\u2019observaci\u00f3 microsc\u00f2pica de l\u2019espirulina (<em>Arthrospira platensis<\/em>), en el marc del projecte desenvolupat al centre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la sessi\u00f3, els estudiants han treballat amb mostres d\u2019espirulina per tal d\u2019identificar-ne la morfologia filamentosa helico\u00efdal, caracter\u00edstica d\u2019aquest microorganisme. Aquesta microalga, considerada un cianobacteri fotosint\u00e8tic, presenta un elevat inter\u00e8s en el sector alimentari per la seva riquesa en prote\u00efnes, pigments (com la ficocianina) i altres compostos bioactius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e0ctica ha perm\u00e8s aplicar t\u00e8cniques b\u00e0siques de microsc\u00f2pia \u00f2ptica, incloent la preparaci\u00f3 de mostres, enfocament i observaci\u00f3 en diferents augments, aix\u00ed com la interpretaci\u00f3 dels resultats obtinguts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta activitat s\u2019emmarca dins dels continguts relacionats amb el control i caracteritzaci\u00f3 de mat\u00e8ries primeres, i contribueix a refor\u00e7ar la comprensi\u00f3 de les bases microbiol\u00f2giques i tecnol\u00f2giques associades a nous ingredients emergents en la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aquesta pr\u00e0ctica, l\u2019alumnat amplia la seva visi\u00f3 del projecte d\u2019espirulina, integrant el coneixement des d\u2019una perspectiva cient\u00edfica, tecnol\u00f2gica i aplicada, complementant aix\u00ed les activitats de producci\u00f3 i aplicaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica realitzades pr\u00e8viament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projecte ESPIRULINA \u2013 Pla de mesures 2025-2026 (InnovaFP)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><strong>Finan\u00e7at pel Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Formaci\u00f3n Profesional y Deportes i cofinan\u00e7at per
