Durant la sessi\u00f3, els estudiants van preparar melmelada de maduixa i de pruna, posant en pr\u00e0ctica coneixements de manipulaci\u00f3 d\u2019aliments i treball en equip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La pr\u00e0ctica va comen\u00e7ar amb la neteja de les taules de treball per garantir unes condicions higi\u00e8niques adequades. Tot seguit, els alumnes van tallar la fruita i van pesar tant la fruita com el sucre per assegurar les proporcions correctes de la recepta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A continuaci\u00f3, es va exprimir llimona, ingredient clau per potenciar el sabor i afavorir la conservaci\u00f3. Un cop preparats tots els ingredients, es va procedir a la cocci\u00f3: la fruita, el sucre i el suc de llimona es van cuinar a foc mitj\u00e0 durant aproximadament 40 minuts, fins a obtenir la textura desitjada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un cop finalitzat el proc\u00e9s de cocci\u00f3, la melmelada es va envasar en pots de vidre.
