No us penseu que el nom d&#8217;aquesta subesp\u00e8cie del <em>Lactobacillus delbrueckii<\/em> estigui mal escrita, <em>bulgaricus<\/em> va amb b alta en honor a la nacionalitat b\u00falgara del primer en fer aquest experiment l&#8217;any 1905, el microbi\u00f2leg Stamen Grigorov.<\/p>\n<p><a
