El centre enviar\u00e0 un mail de resposta com a justificant de recepci\u00f3 on adjuntar\u00e0 un formulari de dades b\u00e0siques que \u00e9s molt important que empleneu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Presencialment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cal concertar data i hora mitjan\u00e7ant cita pr\u00e8via (trucant al tel\u00e8fon del centre: <strong>93 829 56 20<\/strong> de 9.00 a 13.00h) i aportar els mateixos documents emplenats (o emplenar-los al centre).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DOCUMENTACI\u00d3 QUE CAL PRESENTAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la modalitat presencial, cal portar original i fotoc\u00f2pia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la modalitat telem\u00e0tica, cal enviar el document escanejat o amb una foto que es pugui llegir clarament.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Targeta sanit\u00e0ria individual de l\u2019alumne\/a (TSI). Si ja es va presentar amb la preinscripci\u00f3, no cal tornar-la a enviar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fotoc\u00f2pia de carnet de vacunaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne\/a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fotografia de carnet de l\u2019alumne\/a. Si es fa la matr\u00edcula presencial cal portar 2 fotografies amb el nom escrit al darrere.
