L&#8217;alumnat ha estudiat i practicat les t\u00e8cniques b\u00e0siques i principis de seguretat fins a ser capa\u00e7os d&#8217;elaborar en grups un producte final: Un tutorial per a iniciar-se al Parkour. A m\u00e9s, a primer i tercer d&#8217;ESO, el Parkour ha estat un mitj\u00e0 utilitzat en determinades sessions per al desenvolupament de sessions d&#8217;Habilitats gimn\u00e0stiques&#8221; i &#8220;Condici\u00f3 F\u00edsica: Agilitat&#8221;, respectivament.
