La taxa de participaci\u00f3 ha estat:<\/span><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equip directiu<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">67% 4\/6<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professorat<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">36% 22\/62<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alumnat<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40% 240\/600<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3 interna de centre tamb\u00e9 ha estat \u00fatil per detectar febleses i fortaleses relacionades amb la compet\u00e8ncia digital docent i l\u2019\u00fas de la tecnologia digital al centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Aspectes destacats de la diagnosi<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resultats principals trobats en la diagnosi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hi ha diverg\u00e8ncia interna pel que fa a les noves modalitat d&#8217;ensenyament i en debat sobre l&#8217;\u00fas de les noves tecnologies.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s necess\u00e0ria una guia b\u00e0sica de l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;EVA del centre amb els acords sobre el funcionament i l&#8217;estructuraci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 amb un recull de totes les possibilitats complement\u00e0ries que t\u00e9 l&#8217;eina.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9s necessari un protocol d&#8217;\u00fas dels port\u00e0tils a l&#8217;aula despr\u00e9s del desplegament de dispositius port\u00e0tils a tots els nivells del centre.<br \/>\n&#8211;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal un repositori com\u00fa de recursos en l\u00ednia i que es faci servir (c\u00f2mode), ens pot servir per inspirar i motivar al claustre amb menys iniciativa i recursos propis. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenen una Promethean que funciona molt b\u00e9, la resta de PDIs els fan servir com a projectors, per\u00f2 molts tenen les l\u00e0mpades al l\u00edmit. Estan esperant que arribin els Smart per aprofitar tamb\u00e9 i redistribuir l\u2019espai de les aules, que s\u00f3n grans, per\u00f2 tenen una pissarra anal\u00f2gica a una paret lateral i el projector en la frontal i no sempre \u00e9s c\u00f2mode. La formaci\u00f3 permanent \u00e9s un punt feble clar. A part d\u2019incentivar la formaci\u00f3 personal proposo fer l\u2019intercanvi experi\u00e8ncies d&#8217;\u00e8xit (o de petits fracassos d&#8217;on tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;apr\u00e8n) entre iguals. A partir de les dades de l\u2019enquesta i de la FIC, pensem que un 15% del claustre no fa servir Classroom. No hi ha estructura comuna en els EVA del centre, per\u00f2 agradaria que s\u00ed que hi hagu\u00e9s. Al claustre li sembla b\u00e9 uniformitzar b\u00e0ners i estructura de l\u2019EVA per donar una millor imatge de cohesi\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 als alumnes i les fam\u00edlies. Surt ben parada la comunicaci\u00f3 interna i tant buscar com crear recursos educatius online. A nivell general la percepci\u00f3 de ED \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s optimista que el claustre pel que fa a l\u2019apartat d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 digital. Les tasques col\u00b7laboratives entre alumnes no existeixen amb un 30% de professors i falta rodatge en projectes interdisciplinaris, on acaben de comen\u00e7ar. La possibilitat d\u2019adaptar activitats a les necessitats diferenciades a l\u2019aula t\u00e9 molt\u00edssima diverg\u00e8ncia interna entre els profes i els alumnes tamb\u00e9 ho veuen. Pel que fa a l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, molts membres del claustre no fan servir r\u00fabriques mai, ni digitals ni anal\u00f2giques, tampoc la coavaluaci\u00f3 ni l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3. Haver mostrat el CoRubrics a la FIC ha obert molts ulls. La CDA no est\u00e0 seq\u00fcenciada ni acordada l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 ni els continguts aix\u00ed que ja tenim un objectiu clar. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha detectat que moltes fam\u00edlies triguen molt temps a aprendre a fer servir les eines de comunicaci\u00f3 amb el centre i que fer part\u00edcips a les fam\u00edlies del seguiment dels seus fills via Classroom seria una bona idea. Com fins ara no s\u2019ha treballat massa aix\u00ed, l\u2019us dels PC dels alumnes encara \u00e9s vist com una llaminadura i no com una eina de treball. Tenen molts problemes perqu\u00e8 alguns no poden evitar estar jugant a classe en lloc de fer el que toca en eixe moment.
