Es tracta d\u2019un projecte de mobilitat escolar en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb escoles de <b>Romania, It\u00e0lia i Pol\u00f2nia<\/b>, amb l\u2019objectiu de promoure valors com la <b>sostenibilitat, la inclusi\u00f3, la consci\u00e8ncia digital i el pluriling\u00fcisme<\/b> entre l\u2019alumnat de 13 a 15 anys.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Mobilitats\u00a0 (2024\u201325)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>La <b>primera trobada internacional tindr\u00e0 lloc a Manresa<\/b>, on acollirem els estudiants i professorat dels pa\u00efsos participants. Ser\u00e0 una setmana de conviv\u00e8ncia, activitats educatives i intercanvi cultural que donar\u00e0 el tret de sortida al projecte.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment, amb diferents grups d\u2019alumnat del nostre centre, viatjarem a Romania, It\u00e0lia i Pol\u00f2nia per continuar desenvolupant el projecte i avan\u00e7ar cap als <b>objectius marcats en el nostre pla Erasmus<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>A cada pa\u00eds, el treball es centrar\u00e0 en un dels <b>Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS)<\/b>, adaptat a les activitats i contextos de cada centre col\u00b7laborador. Aquest enfocament ens permetr\u00e0 abordar grans reptes globals des de l\u2019acci\u00f3 local i educativa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b>CATALUNYA (Manresa <\/b>25-29 Novembre 2024)<\/h1>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Video Manresa meeting\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6DxPGO3veFg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3>ODS: Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From May 13th to 17th, our school hosted the first international meeting of the Erasmus+ project \u201cMake The CHange\u201d. We welcomed students and teachers from Romania, Italy, and Poland to Manresa for a week of learning, cultural exchange, and collaboration. The main focus of the week was Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), which guided all the activities. Throughout the project, students explored themes such as healthy living, sustainability, and international cooperation through a wide variety of experiences.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Icebreakers &amp; Team Building \u2013 \u201cChallenge of the Week\u201d Launch<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We played ice-breaking games to learn each other\u2019s names and get to know one another better. One of the week\u2019s challenge was introduced: cooking a healthy dish with their host families.<br \/>\nWe think that we have improved communication, we have made stronger group bonds with a relaxed environment for collaboration.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Study Visit to \u201cCamp d\u2019Aprenentatge del Bages\u201d<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students visited an educational centre focused on sustainability and resource management in geology, water, and waste.<br \/>\nWith this activity we have increased awareness of sustainable development and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Soap-Making Workshop (with Recycled Oil)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We have made soap using recycled oil, discovering the process of creating eco-friendly hygiene products.<br \/>\nThis activity has helped us to understand that sustainability in health care products and connection with SDG 3.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Study Visit to Fundesplai (El Prat de Llobregat)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>This space is focused on sustainability and education for coexistence.<br \/>\nWe learn about plastic reduction, sustainable food choices, and ecological practices.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u201cEat, Act, Impact\u201d Exhibition<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We visited an exhibition about sustainable and healthy eating.<\/p>\n<h4><b>\u201cFood Scape\u201d Workshop<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We worked in teams to solve puzzles around healthy eating and sustainable food systems.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Sports Games on the Beach<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>With this activity we practiced different games to encourage movement, teamwork, and fun. At the same time we improved physical health, group cohesion, and communication<\/p>\n<h4><b>Workshop \u2013 &#8220;Can We Help Our Planet?&#8221;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Working in groups we analysed the environmental impact of daily choices in self-care, nutrition, and physical activity.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Healthy recipe\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students created and wrote healthy recipes in English, to be prepared later with host families.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Study Visit in Manresa<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students explored the city\u2019s historic centre, visiting food stores that focus on local products and reducing plastic use landmarks such as <i>La Seu<\/i> cathedral.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Infographic &amp; Here is a summary of the key activities:<\/p>\n<h4><b>Welcome and<\/b> <b>icebreakers activities<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Icebreaker activities and the introduction of the main challenge of the week: how to teach others about sustainable cities in an engaging way. We worked in groups<\/p>\n<h4><b>Interdisciplinary Lesson: Sustainable Cities<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We learned learned about what makes a city sustainable, analyzed real-life examples, and brainstormed innovative solutions to urban challenges like pollution, transportation, and housing.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Guided City Tour<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We explored Ia\u0219i through a guided walking tour, learning about its history, architecture, cultural identity, and local sustainability efforts.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Stop Motion Videos<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We learned how to create stop motion videos\u2014from concept to editing\u2014using apps and LEGO sets. We had to communicate sustainability messages.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Cultural Workshop: M\u0103r\u021bi\u0219or Crafts<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We created traditional Romanian &#8220;M\u0103r\u021bi\u0219or&#8221; crafts and learned about their meaning, linking cultural heritage with community identity and sustainability.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Visit to &#8220;Anastasie F\u0103tu&#8221; Botanical Garden<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>A field visit combining nature and technology. We explored greenhouses and took part in a group competition using a mobile app to learn about biodiversity and urban green spaces.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Workshop on Passive Houses<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>An architect introduced the concept of passive house design and its importance in building energy-efficient, eco-friendly homes for the future.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Learning Stations<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We participated in interactive workshops: a sustainability-themed Jenga game, a collaborative eco-city collage, a literary and theatrical discussion based on <i>The Lorax<\/i>, and a music station creating the &#8220;sounds of a sustainable city.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Field Trip to the Moldova Delta<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We understood the link between community sustainability and biodiversity through birdwatching and data collection with the iSeek app.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b>IT\u00c0LIA <\/b>(Trani 5-9 maig 2025)<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3>ODS: Sustainable Development Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production)<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Introduction and Project Launch<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students were welcomed through national anthems of each country involved, creating a positive and inclusive environment. They were introduced to the goals of the project, formed international teams, and visited the Italian school in Ia\u0219i. The week&#8217;s challenge was presented: exploring SDG 12 through collaborative learning and teamwork.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Interdisciplinary Lesson on Responsible Consumption and Production<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students explored the key principles of reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle. Through group reflection, they discussed and compared daily habits related to consumption in their own countries, promoting awareness of sustainable behaviors.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Guided City Tour<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Participants took part in an interactive city tour featuring storytelling, quizzes, and open discussions. The tour provided insight into the local history, architecture, and sustainable urban initiatives, enriching their cultural and environmental understanding.<\/p>\n<h4><b>CLIL Lesson on Food Waste<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>This classroom-based activity invited students to brainstorm and propose solutions to food waste. Working with local peers, they explored causes and consequences of waste, deepening their understanding of sustainability in everyday life.<\/p>\n<h4><b>ICT Research Lesson<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students conducted online research to investigate sustainable practices, focusing on the 4Rs. They analyzed specific products and discussed how responsible consumption can be applied in real-life situations.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Visit to All Saints and St James Churches<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Participants learned about local traditions in church construction, especially the reuse of materials like stone. Italian students acted as guides, allowing participants to connect with cultural heritage and the idea of sustainability in history.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Art Lesson \u2013 Mosaic Creation<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Using waste materials, students created mosaics that represented domestic scenes. This artistic experience helped them reflect on environmental issues while transforming waste into something meaningful and beautiful.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Study Visit to Galantino Olive Oil Mill<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The visit offered a behind-the-scenes look at olive oil production, emphasizing the product\u2019s environmental, economic, and cultural significance. Students gained a holistic understanding of sustainable agriculture.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Workshop \u201cLet\u2019s Make a Sustainable Snack\u201d<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Students visited a sustainable farm and participated in preparing traditional Apulian focaccia. This hands-on experience highlighted the relationship between local food practices and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Educational Visit to Alberobello<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Exploring the famous \u201cTrulli\u201d houses and local shops, students discovered how tradition and innovation merge to reduce environmental impact. The visit also enhanced their sense of orientation and appreciation of regional commerce.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Healthy Lifestyle in the Town Gardens<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>During a walk through local gardens, students explored how integrating nature into cities contributes to sustainable living.
