El Consell Superior d’Avaluaci\u00f3 del Sistema Educatiu porta a terme les proves d’avaluaci\u00f3 diagn\u00f2stica a l’alumnat de quart curs d’educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i de segon curs d’educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n
Aquestes proves s\u00f3n una activitat educativa i, com a tal, tenen car\u00e0cter obligatori, at\u00e8s que estan configurades com un deure de l’alumnat, d’acord amb l’article 22.1 b de la Llei 12\/2009, del 10 de juliol, d’educaci\u00f3, i els articles 21, 28 i 144 de la Llei org\u00e0nica 3\/2020, de 29 de desembre i el Decret 175\/2022, de 27 de setembre, d’ordenaci\u00f3 dels ensenyaments de l’educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica.<\/p>\n
