Aquest trimestre a l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida hem preparat el terreny per fer l\u2019activitat de l\u2019hort, un cop preparada la terra, s\u2019ha plantat les llavors per obtenir diversos llegums: cigrons, llenties i mongetes. Hem explicat a l\u2019alumnat la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019aquests aliments en la nostra dieta i els seus beneficis per la nostra salut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 hem buscat plats t\u00edpics on el llegum \u00e9s l\u2019ingredient principal i com pot arribar a ser un plat estrella.<\/span><\/p>\n
