Evid\u00e8ncies emp\u00edriques en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules vegetals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la mat\u00e8ria de Biologia i Geologia els alumnes de 4t d\u2019ESO hem realitzat una pr\u00e0ctica de laboratori que permet evidenciar de forma emp\u00edrica el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;osmosi i la semipermeabilitat en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules vegetals. La pr\u00e0ctica s\u2019anomena \u201cPlasm\u00f2lisi i turg\u00e8ncia en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules vegetals&#8221;. En aquesta pr\u00e0ctica hem observat al microscopi i tamb\u00e9 dibuixat c\u00e8l\u00b7lules epitelials\u00a0del bulb d\u2019una ceba vermella sotmeses a diferents concentracions salines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-kz6zVx540Ic\/VxdFXZA_QJI\/AAAAAAAASWw\/kz4jgRkUpLgNLVlpmurvkolM5PdbGIVIACCo\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4588.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primer de tot hem seccionat\u00a0una porci\u00f3 de ceba i hem tallat\u00a0un rectangle\u00a0d\u2019epidermis de la cara interna d\u2019una fulla del bulb de la ceba d&#8217;uns 5 mm<sup>2<\/sup>. L\u2019hem posat entre el portaobjectes i el cobreobjectes amb una gota d\u2019aigua de l\u2019aixeta. A continuaci\u00f3 hem observat amb el microscopi a 400 augments i hem dibuixat un parell de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules centrades al camp visual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-6zi81-yeIyQ\/Vxc18zfMy3I\/AAAAAAAASWw\/Nr2peG1cc_QZiK8r7zXd-AVCQhEUHlddwCCo\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4595.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En segon lloc hem retirat amb paper de cel\u00b7lulosa\u00a0l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d\u2019aigua de la preparaci\u00f3, sense moure la mostra\u00a0del microscopi per no perdre del camp visual les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules en observaci\u00f3. A continuaci\u00f3 hem afegit amb una pipeta Pasteur una soluci\u00f3 concentrada de NaCl sense deixar de mirar pel microscopi per tal d&#8217;observar els canvis que es produeixen a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules: el citoplasma pateix una contracci\u00f3 progressiva, desenganxant-se de la paret cel\u00b7lular. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s degut a que l&#8217;aigua del citosol surt a trav\u00e9s de la membrana citoplasm\u00e0tica (que en la seva condici\u00f3 de semipermeable permet la difusi\u00f3 de mol\u00e8cules d&#8217;aigua per\u00f2 no dels ions salins de Na<sup>+<\/sup> i Cl<sup>&#8211;<\/sup>), en un intent d&#8217;igualar les concentracions de solut a un costat i l&#8217;altre de la membrana. Aquest proc\u00e9s rep el nom d&#8217;osmosi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-qHIB1SaRTig\/Vxc18yy-oYI\/AAAAAAAASWw\/aFQOTf8Ek9cBAKufONjqy9ds2Wss5rcngCCo\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4596.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un tercer pas hem elimitat amb paper de cel\u00b7lulosa la soluci\u00f3 concentrada\u00a0de NaCl i l&#8217;hem substitu\u00eft per aigua destil\u00b7lada (H<sub>2<\/sub>O) mitjan\u00e7ant el mateix m\u00e8tode d\u2019abans. A partir d&#8217;aquest moment hem pogut observar com el volum del citoplasma es recupera ocupant tot l&#8217;espai interior de la paret cel\u00b7lular i, fins i tot, provoca l&#8217;inflament d&#8217;aquest. El proc\u00e9s d&#8217;osmosi es repeteix per\u00f2 a la inversa, doncs en aquesta etapa la concentraci\u00f3 salina \u00e9s superior a l&#8217;interior de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula que al medi extracel\u00b7lular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-iWXbb50BSsw\/Vxc182nxMEI\/AAAAAAAASWw\/C-dwe4_2cdos-sZYZkqJ1xNkgy1H4eQuACCo\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4600.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per \u00faltim, hem reempla\u00e7at l\u2019aigua destil\u00b7lada per una\u00a0soluci\u00f3 d\u2019acetat d\u2019amoni sense deixar d\u2019observar. L&#8217;abombament\u00a0de les parets cel\u00b7lulars es perd progressivament fins que les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules recuperen l&#8217;aspecte inicial.
