{"id":2003,"date":"2016-02-16T12:37:27","date_gmt":"2016-02-16T11:37:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insllicamunt2\/?p=2003"},"modified":"2016-05-09T08:36:38","modified_gmt":"2016-05-09T07:36:38","slug":"anem-a-buscar-protozous-i-algues-al-tenes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insllicamunt2\/el-far-dhipatia\/grups\/1r-deso\/anem-a-buscar-protozous-i-algues-al-tenes\/","title":{"rendered":"Anem a buscar protozous i algues al Tenes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avui, Dimarts 16 de febrer de 2016 hem anat tota la classe de 1r A al riu Tenes durant l&#8217;hora de Biologia i Geologia amb els objectius seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-OJ771RD-gZc\/VsxHlAzdNzI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/C4sHjziUcrU\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3995.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) Agafar aigua del riu lliure de clor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) Recol\u00b7lectar algues per a la seva observaci\u00f3 al laboratori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3) Recollir mostres d&#8217;herba seca per fer un cultiu de protozous al laboratori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-s09nWcCUMyU\/VsxHlKh_KvI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/_S0KSozw3_I\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3993.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El riu Tenes passa molt a prop de l&#8217;Institut, de manera que hi hem arribat en nom\u00e9s 5 minuts. Ens hem posat per parelles per a realitzar les tasques encomanades pel professor de Biologia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/--JB4Prox-uc\/VsxHlIQpxKI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/Hk7EbNY8JEQ\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3992.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb unes tisores hem tallat herba seca de la llera del riu i a trocets petits l&#8217;hem posat a dins d&#8217;un petit recipient de pl\u00e0stic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-pMEqnhOvby8\/VsxHlEaLB6I\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/wKXE4h1JJoE\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3994.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb recipients grans de pl\u00e0stic hem recollit aigua clara del riu (hem aprofitat el safareig per recollir aquesta aigua, que semblava ben neta).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-G9JYnxb6-TE\/VsxHlBoadMI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/1wFP3WjlRVY\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3999.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriorment hem agafat petites mostres d&#8217;algues del riu des del cam\u00ed que passa per sobre del riu al Parc del Tenes. Hem posat les algues en una safata amb aigua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-fAObo5MPcps\/VsxHlC8DjEI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/HCkhpvwXuAE\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3998.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, hem portat totes aquestes mostres cap al laboratori de l&#8217;Institut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-jOMTkyWSOdg\/VsxHlDZouXI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/gBCrT6xeNss\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3996.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb l&#8217;aigua recollida al riu hem omplert d&#8217;aigua els petits recipients amb herba seca. Aqu\u00ed es reproduir\u00e0 en pocs dies un munt de protozous que podrem observar amb el microscopi la setmana vinent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-4La7h-fKYow\/VsxHlBLOK-I\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/ktm4WFa7g24\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_3997.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aqu\u00ed veiem els recipients amb el cultiu preparats. Els hem deixat a temperatura ambient al laboratori i a prop de la finestra:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-NBHpgyGbnBI\/VsxHlK7sTtI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/wFWQxafrvOk\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4001.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentrestant, aquesta setmana a l&#8217;hora de pr\u00e0ctiques hem observat, dibuixat i descrit algues marines pluricel\u00b7lulars assecades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-q0IIfdteuqQ\/VsxHlEMFFpI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/XK9rIo-cGog\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4002.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les algues marines han estat recollides pel professor durant l&#8217;estiu en diverses localitats de la costa catalana, algunes a for\u00e7a profunditat, submergint-se a l&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-yTSwjqplYLM\/VsxHlCGEoNI\/AAAAAAAAQ9g\/4uDWOnCJc0U\/s800-Ic42\/IMG_4005.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem de descriure almenys 4 esp\u00e8cies diferents, amb compte de no malmetre les mostres.
