{"id":12849,"date":"2022-03-14T19:15:35","date_gmt":"2022-03-14T18:15:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insllicamunt2\/?p=12849"},"modified":"2022-03-14T19:15:35","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T18:15:35","slug":"vaga-a-lensenyament-manifest-claustre-hipatia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/insllicamunt2\/no-classificat\/vaga-a-lensenyament-manifest-claustre-hipatia\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga a l&#8217;Ensenyament &#8211; Manifest Claustre Hip\u00e0tia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El claustre de l&#8217;Institut Hip\u00e0tia d&#8217;Alexandria expressem la nostra disconformitat amb les mesures que, de manera unilateral, est\u00e0 prenent darrerament el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i volem deixar clar que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volem que l&#8217;ordenaci\u00f3 de mat\u00e8ries dels vostres fills i filles i la seva distribuci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria respongui a criteris pedag\u00f2gics i no pol\u00edtics.<\/li>\n<li>Volem atendre b\u00e9 tot l&#8217;alumnat, per aix\u00f2 demanem que la r\u00e0tio grup-classe no passi de 20.<\/li>\n<li>Volem que l&#8217;escola inclusiva ho sigui amb recursos per atendre millor TOT l&#8217;alumnat. Cal personal de suport a l&#8217;aula per atendre la diversitat, cada cop m\u00e9s present.<\/li>\n<li>Volem que els canvis que tenen a veure amb educaci\u00f3 siguin consensuats amb la comunitat educativa. Nosaltres som a l&#8217;aula. Els pol\u00edtics, no.<\/li>\n<li>Volem blindar la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica per tal que tot l&#8217;alumnat en acabar l&#8217;ESO tingui un bon nivell en totes les lleng\u00fces d&#8217;aprenentatge i les mateixes oportunitats.<\/li>\n<li>NO FEM VAGA PEL CANVI DE DATES EN L&#8217;INICI DEL CURS ESCOLAR. Perdrem dies de coordinaci\u00f3, no de vacances, ja que el professorat sempre hem comen\u00e7at el curs escolar el dia 1 de setembre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finalment, volem expressar que, despr\u00e9s de 2 anys molt durs a les aules, fent mans i m\u00e0nigues per tirar el curs endavant tot i les nombroses baixes i l&#8217;inexistent suport del Departament, ens resistim a les imposicions, els canvis i les exig\u00e8ncies improvisades que es preveuen pel curs vinent.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Institut Escola Miquel Mart\u00ed i Pol \u00e9s resultat d&#8217;aquesta improvisaci\u00f3.
