Aquesta activitat ha estat la cloenda del Projecte TAS, el qual han realitzat els alumnes de 3r a l\u2019institut al llarg d&#8217;aquest primer trimestre. Amb l&#8217;esmentat projecte els alumnes han treballat entorn h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 i activitat f\u00edsica saludables. A m\u00e9s han elaborat diferents propostes per promoure bons h\u00e0bits entre els companys d\u2019institut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la sortida els alumnes han participat en 2 tallers de la fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia. Amb el taller \u201cFen\u00f2mens a la carta\u201d s\u2019han endinsat en el m\u00f3n de les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i intol\u00b7ler\u00e0ncies aliment\u00e0ries i han vist com la qu\u00edmica permet trobar solucions a problemes quotidians, tot elaborant diferents preparacions aptes per aquells que normalment no poden menjar determinats aliments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019altre taller, \u201cCorrefogons\u201d, els ha perm\u00e8s repassar els conceptes d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludables que havien treballat a l\u2019aula, i aprendre com preparar diferents plats. Calia organitzar-se b\u00e9, estar atents, col\u00b7laborar&#8230; El resultat? Un gran banquet i un munt de trucs per poder esdevenir grans cuiners. Esperem que puguin aplicar tots aquests nous coneixements a casa, que de segur els ajudaran a tenir una dieta m\u00e9s saludable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
