Cal adjuntar-lo escanejat o fotografiat.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Documentaci\u00f3 acreditativa dels requisits d&#8217;acc\u00e9s als cicles. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Si compleixes els requisits per\u00f2 per causes justificades no pots presentar la documentaci\u00f3 que ho acrediti, et matricules condicionalment i tens temps fins a l&#8217;inici del curs per presentar la documentaci\u00f3 que et falta.
