T\u00e9 com a objectiu escoltar el cos a trav\u00e9s del moviment i la m\u00fasica, tot afavorint un descans de la ment, que sovint est\u00e0 molt activa al llarg de la jornada escolar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"725\">Durant les sessions es treballen valors com la cooperaci\u00f3, la relaxaci\u00f3, el silenci i la creativitat. A partir d\u2019exercicis f\u00edsics plantejats en forma de joc, podem observar les capacitats dels alumnes per assolir aquests objectius.
