Durant 1 hora van fer diferents activitats relacionades amb la consci\u00e8ncia del propi cos, la seva capacitat per comunicar i la seva creativitat. En el dia a dia, durant moltes hores, utilitzem el cap i la ment i , a vegades, desconnectar no \u00e9s f\u00e0cil. Utilitzar el cos amb els exercicis que ens ha ensenyat l\u2019Anna, ha estat un descobriment i una reflexi\u00f3 important per a tots. Moltes gr\u00e0cies a la Fundaci\u00f3 Festival Castell de Peralada per oferir-nos aquest taller.
