Aquest any hem modificat l&#8217;itinerari amb la intenci\u00f3 que sigui menys dur f\u00edsicament i el realitzem totes i tots \u00edntegrament. Tamb\u00e9 hem redu\u00eft el n\u00famero d&#8217;avituallaments per\u00f2 creiem que hi haur\u00e0 els suficients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quedarem a les 22.30h al costat del p\u00e0rquing del CAT de l&#8217;entrada de Vilaju\u00efga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ruta prevista \u00e9s pujar fins al Mas Vent\u00f3s, continuar fins a Sant Pere de Rodes on farem parada per menjar macarrons (millor sopar lleuger doncs), continuarem fins a Selva de Mar, Port de la Selva i cam\u00ed de ronda fins a Llan\u00e7\u00e0, on esmorzarem i veurem sortir el sol plegats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquells i aquelles que han de pagar asseguran\u00e7a ens podeu donar els 2\u20ac quan ens trobem a Vilaju\u00efga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important portar cal\u00e7at adequat de muntanya (els camins estan secs i rellisquen), 2l d&#8217;aigua m\u00ednim, <em>compeed<\/em> (si us cal), banyador i tovallola per qui es vulgui banyar de bon mat\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1-SmX0LxWi9EebbLlmfLnN4RgdjV9uhd4\/view?usp=sharing\">Carta Narinan 2023<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Benvolguts\/des,\u00a0<br \/>\nEl proper dilluns 19 de juny es realitzar\u00e0 el Narinan.
