l\u00b4ESO hem viatjat en el temps. Per aix\u00f2 ens hem despla\u00e7at fins a Sant Benet de Bages. Aqu\u00ed, rodejats d&#8217;un entorn immillorable, hem trobat dos espais ben diferenciats: el monestir rom\u00e0nic de l&#8217;ordre de St Benet i la Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia. Aix\u00ed doncs, hem conegut de primera m\u00e0 com era la vida dels monjos en un monestir durant l&#8217;\u00e8poca medieval recorrent els seus espais m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tics: esgl\u00e8sia, claustre, celler i cel\u00b7les. I hem vist com aquest espai s&#8217;ha anat adaptat als nous temps. Tot seguit i per anar obrint boca, ens hem endinsat en el m\u00f3n de la cuina i la ci\u00e8ncia. Hem aplicat coneixements cient\u00edfics per entendre processos com l\u00b4elaboraci\u00f3 del mat\u00f3, les emulsions i les esferificacions. Per un moment hem fusionat la cuina m\u00e9s cl\u00e0ssica dels nostres avis amb les t\u00e8cniques m\u00e9s vanguardistes del m\u00f3n culinari, ens hem convertit en petits Ferrans Adri\u00e0. I quina millor recompensa que poder degustar la feina feta, n&#8217;hi havia per llepar-se els dits!
